SHN Dedicated Facility (SDF) Suite Upgrade at Additional Costs
Travellers who are required to complete their Stay-Home Notice (SHN) at an SHN Dedicated Facility (SDF) may upgrade to an SDF suite at additional charges, subject to availability.
After booking a suite directly with their preferred SDF, travellers should immediately proceed to submit their booking confirmation at https://go.gov.sg/sdfsuiteupgrade to inform government agencies.
- If the booking is made before arrival, the form must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to travellers’ arrival in Singapore. Failure to do so may result in the assignment of travellers to a standard room at any SDF upon arrival.
- If travellers are already at an SDF and wish to upgrade to a suite, this form should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the intended stay at the suite.

For suite upgrades prior to arrival
Step 1: Travellers who require entry approval to Singapore will need to obtain entry approval before making a suite booking.
Step 2: Travellers should contact the following SDFs directly to enquire on availability of suites and to make a booking with the SDF for their preferred suite.
Step 3: After booking a suite with their preferred SDF, travellers should immediately proceed to submit their booking confirmation at https://go.gov.sg/sdfsuiteupgrade to inform government agencies. This form must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your arrival in Singapore. Travellers who do not submit their booking details on time will be assigned to any standard SDF room on arrival. The charge for a subsequent transfer to a suite is $450 (see suite upgrades after arrival).
Step 4: Travellers will make payment for the suite directly to the SDF during check-in. Travellers who have made payment to their sponsoring Government agency will only be required to pay for the difference in amount to the SDF.

For suite upgrades after arrival
Travellers will need to pay an additional fee of up to $450 ($300 for specialised cleaning costs for the vacated room; $150/vehicle for transport to next SDF). The cost of the suite will be pro-rated according to the number of remaining SHN days left to serve.
