Travelling to Singapore - Overview
Note: If you are transiting through Singapore to another destination without clearing immigration, refer to the "Transiting through Singapore" page instead. If you are an Air/Sea Crew or Pleasure Craft Owner, click here for more instructions.
On this page, you will find the following information on travel to Singapore:
1. Entry Criteria and Travel Checklists
Under Singapore’s Vaccinated Travel Framework, all travellers including Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents arriving from all countries/regions can enter Singapore without quarantine, testing or entry approvals if they meet the following requirements:
- Be a child born in or after 2010 (i.e. aged 12 and below by year of birth) – children who meet this age criteria can enter regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status
- Be fully vaccinated with WHO EUL vaccines if born in or before 2009 (i.e. aged 13 and above by year of birth) – “Fully vaccinated” means at least one dose of Janssen/J&J, or at least 2 doses of AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Moderna/Spikevax, Covishield, Novavax/Covovax/Nuvaxovid, Pfizer/BioNTech/COMIRNATY, Sinovac or Sinopharm. Mixtures and boosters of these WHO EUL vaccines, and vaccination with recovery is also acceptable. For full definition, see Accepted COVID-19 Vaccinations for Entry to Singapore.
- Be vaccinated against Yellow Fever if you have visited Yellow Fever high risk countries/regions in Africa and Latin America - a valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required.
If you meet the requirements above, click the green button below for a detailed step-by-step travel checklist that explains the administrative requirements (e.g. proof of vaccination, SG Arrival Card, etc) for entry.
Travellers born in or before 2009 (i.e. age 13 and above by year of birth) who do not meet the vaccination requirements above are considered non-fully vaccinated travellers and will be subject to entry approvals, tests and quarantine. This includes travellers who:
- Are medically exempted from COVID-19 vaccination
- Took non-WHO EUL vaccines and/or did not complete the full dosage of WHO EUL COVID-19 vaccines
- Recovered from COVID-19 but did not complete the minimum dosage of WHO EUL COVID-19 vaccines
Generally, non-fully vaccinated long term pass holders and short-term visitors are not allowed to enter Singapore unless in exceptional circumstances. Non-fully vaccinated travellers should click the orange button below for a detailed checklist of travel requirements.

2. Accepted COVID-19 Vaccinations for Entry
Travellers born in or after 2010 (i.e. aged 12 and below by year of birth) will follow the border measures for fully vaccinated travellers, regardless of their vaccination status.
Travellers born in or before 2009 (i.e. aged 13 and above by year of birth) are considered “fully vaccinated” or “non-fully vaccinated” based on the WHO’s list of EUL COVID-19 vaccines in the table below. Not all vaccines being administered outside Singapore may be under the WHO EUL list.

- Submit the following types of applications to ICA via digitalPORT@SG:
